There are so many methods to tracking your success these days, but we set you up with easy to use tools that can be seamlessly integrated into your daily life, and you use them to report back in to us. Tracking progress involves: Daily nutrition, hydration, movement, long-term goals and the FUN La Vie Fyt monthly challenges.
WEARABLES
Wearable fitness trackers help you monitor important activity, such as how far you’re walking, stress levels, quality of sleep, pulse rate, blood pressure, and any number of things that assist you in tracking your goals and overall physical fitness.
DAILY DATA
When you track and monitor your daily activity, you are able to gather valuable data about how you are doing to achieve your goals. Have you been drinking enough water? Eating the right foods? Moving enough? Data tells the story and helps you see progress.
FEEDBACK
